Silver shoes!

Yes i'm indecisive. But really? i mean i'm wearing my blue blouse and black trousers so it will still look smart. i'll even give them a little polish! :

 

eeek this is the kind of thing im thinking about...im so indecisive as well! it's not the 'disney look' because that would just be plain black shoes but i dont know if matters at the interview as long as they're smart? least you would stand out...def be good to get answers from people who have been to the interviews....

 

Ur silver shoes will be fine! Don't worry about it too much, as long as u still look smart u will be ok!

I wore pink shoes to both my interviews (the one this year and in 2005) so I don't think you'll have a problem with your silver ones!

 

i wore bright blue shoes!they loved them!

 

You may get away with them for the interview but if you get through they definatly won't let you wear them in Disney as part of Formal wear. xx

 

im so stuck for what to wear now! i don't want to be boring and not stand out if i just where black and white everything...it is advisable to try and stand out?

 

argh my interview is in 24hours :S but i did sort out the shoes. i just bought new ones, that are black and lovely thanks for all ur help guys! x

how did the interview go?!

 

i bought my suit today.... trousers primark! and jacket new look.... still havent got a shirt though argh!

 

haha my new black shoes were Primark too! i dont think they noticed tho! - steal! the interview was a wee bit scary i'll admit. it was a group interview so we had 3 people in at a time with the interviewer (who was lovely) going round and asking first the same questions and then individual ones. when i came out i was like nooooo! but looking back i think it went not too bad. Just the long wait now whens ur interview? i'm sure it will be fine, and it really is about ur answers and being happy and not the shoes lol! x x x

 

lol im glad they dont bother too much about the shoes! my interview is friday...so just a few days now! is it a 2 week wait to find out? no matter how long it was im sure it would seem like a million years anyway! i need a shirt eeek...

 

good luck for ur interview! i'm sure u'll be fine - everyone is just really cheery and lovely! And then u can join me on the 2 - 3 week wait ;D still checking my inbox 4 times a day lol and may i suggest Next for a lovely, well fitting smart yet comfortable blouse? ( i dont work there or anything - i just really like the blouses!) or Zara i suppose but i find that they make the arms very tight.....*ponders* :

YES! they think we're all like 5"10! I bought a pair of jeans once for some unknown reason and they were ridiculous - lovely at the waist but they went down right to the end of my foot! (i'm only 5"3!) they are currently lying at the bottom of my wardrobe lol! so dont buy the trousers - just tops

i think it went ok.... i didnt say half the stuff i wanted to or even get to talk about the role i want but humph never mind! i had jeff and i thought he was lovely lol who did you have?

 

Do you know Jeff's second name? I knew a Jeff from international recruitment (or whatever he was in), but he was really nice!
And that's always the way, I didn't say really anything I wanted to!

But my fingers are crossed for you!!

 

I can't remember his second name bt he is the housing person and mainly sorts out the events and socials that take place within the different complexes. He was brilliant really easy to talk to and a lot of fun x

 

im not sure of his second name either, i dont think we were told it. he was enthusiastic about all the roles really which was good because it encouraged me to put more roles down, but to be honest even though i know what i would really enjoy i think id be happy with anything because the experience just seems great and that presentation video makes you wanna go so bad!
