Can anyone tell me whether the apartments have small safes or anything in order to lock up valuables? I have never had to share a room with anyone before and I'm a bit worried about things being secure...
NOT to sound rude because I am SURE it will come off like that but you should really think about leaving the valuables at home!! That way...you are SURE not have anything taken or LOST for that matter!! Hope that helps and I NEVER meant to sound rude!! ;D

I'm bringing my laptop, camera, ipod etc. But that's cos I couldn't survive 3 months without them. *shrugs* I'm sure it'll be fine... I'm leaving the diamonds and emeralds at home though... KC
I can't survive 2 days without my iPod, Laptop and stuff! There's lockers for each resident in the apartments.
yea i saw some pictures on someones blog and there were small lockers like you'd see at the swimming pool in the closet so each person had a little locked space
I think in our package it said somewhere to bring a combination lock so having the lockers makes sense
i put all my valuables in the locker at my apt., nothing ever happened...of course it also depends on the people you or your roomies bring into your apt., but i've never heard of anything having been stolen...so don't worry!
This is a very good news... ....I was going to start a new topic when here it is!!! ;D I'm quite sure that a the end you have to trust people... ..it's impossible to stay there 12 months thinking "Oh my God they should stole this and that..."
