SeaWorld Florida Resident Offers

Sea World do some really cheap tickets if you're a Florida resident, but what exactly constitutes a resident?
Do you think they're available to people living there for 3 months on J1? I emailed them, but I never got a response.

Do Universal do the same thing?

Disney CMs get special rates at Sea World??
I know its free into all Disney Parks, but I didn't think we'd have any special rates for other parks!?

 

I've heard CMs do have special rates for other parks... not a 100% sure, but if I do go, I'll get discounts if I take my IATA card from work, hehehe.
