Does anyone knows or has any information about the exact schedule of activities for CRP for the 1st two weeks? Or maybe anyone who already started their CRP journey could share their schedule? Thx.
It differs for everyone, even if you're in the same Pavilion, your schedules can be very different. Just be prepared for a lot of early mornings, and a lot of fun! In those 2 weeks you'll get your costume, go to various meetings, explore your work place, do Traditions, and finally... Start work!
Usually, you arrive a tuesday, that day you just get familiar with the place, upon arriving they will give you your schedule for the next 3 days, the next cuple of days you will have meetings, where you will learn about housing, get your housing id, understand rules, contracts, etc, in the morning and afternoons off. friday you have off and then saturday traditions this is when you are an oficial disney employe, this day you will get your next week schedule and where to meet. After this it will depend pn your location, some people will start on the job training sunday or might start till monday. I was a merchandise trainer for the mexican pavilion, Usually we will meet the new CM on the cast service building, get their costume and start training, 6 days aprox, usually 4-6 hrs for 5 days, then they would have a discovery day, where they will show you about the story of epcot and you will start working... trust me younwill have tons of fun! Itas an awesome expirience! Hope this helps
