Roomies

So.. What roomies are we all wishing for?

Everyone pick four countries..

I want UK, Canada, France and Japan

 

NORWAY, JAPAN CANDA AND FRANCE IN THAT ORDER!! SORRY IF I OFFENDED ANYONE!! NORWAY!!!

 

ooo i would just settle for any roomies that are fun and nice !! but if i had to choose four countries it would be ... mexico , italy , japan and france ;D .... but hey i will be happy with any people really !!

..anywhere but Italy..
I don't want to offend my Italian friends but i think it will be better to share my culture with as many others as possible!!
I simply look for friendly and nice people...
...the rest doesn't matter...

I would LOVE To room with one of my Canadian co-horts but I KNOW that ain't hapening so I am looking forward to meeting everyone!! ;D

i dont mind where my flatmates come from - i'd quite like to live in a big flat though

 

It's always possible you'll be in with someone from your own country. In my first apartment there were 2 UK, 2 German, 1 French & 1 Canadian.
Now theres me (UK), 2 Norwegian and 1 Chinese. You never know!

 

Does anyone know when we find out where we're staying and how many rooms in the apartment we have?

Or are we just allocated when we arrive?

a friend of mine after 15 days had to move to the commons...
Everything could happen!!

 

I dont mind either who I share with, as long as there nice and friendly (and clean would be great, coz I'm a clean freak!! :-[)

I also hope I get to go straight to the commons as I think I'd be really homesick without my many friends that will be there before me!!

But as long as I'm there its all cool!!

I don't think you'll have the time to miss anyone..
...as far as I know you'll be so damn busy that the only thing you'll miss is gonna be your bed!! ;D ;D
...but it's ok anyway...
and you'll see them at work...

December 5th! I get homesick very easily mainly in the first few days away from home (and especially at that time of year!!).

I heard about one of my friends getting put at Vista and I think I'd prefer going to commons coz then if I felt bad I'd be able to visit one of my best mates to cheer me up....guess I'll jsut have to see what happens. I think most year long get put straight in the commons tho....just there wasn't any room.

You have enough time to spend with your friends now..
...take as many pictures as possible, try to stay with them as much as you can..
..that's what I'm doing..
.day after day I realize what's happening, the things I'll leave at home, the people I won't see for 1 year ecc...
..but I'll take with me a lot of things just to remember them, and feel like they're with me!!!
And if this doesn't work, I will ask Cinderella or SnowWhite to cheer me up!! ;D

 

The good thing is the majority of my best friends will already be there!! and a few of them are coming over on my day as well....which is really cool!

I'll miss my family (probably loads on Xmas day!!)

But the good thing is all my mates will be there to welcome me
