ok, so i'm wondering if when we get there, we are put into a room with roommates who have already lived together for awhile, or if all the roommates arrive around the same time as you? i feel like if i moved into a room where the roommates have lived together for awhile i will be left out! anyone know?
Usually, they will have been there already. Sometimes, two of you might arrive on the same day, but usually you are the newbie. Depending on the size of the apt. you'll have many roommates in a year...i was in a 2 bedroom and went through two girls in my bedroom with me and 4 in the other room. Your roomies will be used to helping a newbie get settled. It was actually kinda fun on new roomie day...unless they were going in your room, then it was a little stressful!!! I think I called home 100 times that day to see if she had shown up yet!!! I got lucky and she was wonderful!!! Shan
I can imagine saying good bye to roomates is hard... Got my fingers crossed we all get wonderful roomates xxx
