Does anyone know exactly what this is? It sounds really good from the (limited) info on the role-choice sheet, but it must have some kind of downside! It looks too good to be true!
i dont know anything more about it, but i guess the downside would be not working with the same people all the time/ difficult to keep friends maybe?
in both of the programs iv particiapted in iv never heard of any icp being a role hopper. actually iv never heard of anyone at all being a role hopper! they must only have a few positions for the role ???
its the last one on the list we were sent and says pretty much nothing about it apart from going between QS F&B , merch and operations when needed...
I didn't actually choose role hopper, but my program did consist of changing roles and job locations during the year...I did QS F&B for 3.5 months, and then Attractions for 7.5 months. I'd imagine it would be quite hard on a ICP program....you'd be chopping and changing every 5 minutes LOL I have finished all my Haribo
I agree, I think it would be a difficult position to fill, as your changing about so often, which means your more likely to make mistakes and then it increases your chances of getting termed. I'll stick with merch thanks ^_^
surely they cant expect yo uto be perfect if your swapping around roles....and what about uniform for that....
well its not that hard (unless you role hop at dak) to pop to costuming before work get changed and then go out, hmmm a role hopper would be good but at the same time youd be expected to know the ins and outs of alot of roles
