Is it possible to do 2 programs in a row? I'm thinking probably not but I just thought I'd ask. Is there a certain amount of time that you have to be not working in WDW before you go back? (if accepted again) I realize that to get back in the program after you're finished ASAP you probably have to apply while you're working there...is this allowed? Is there anybody that has gone back to work at Disney almost straight away? Haha I haven't even gone yet and I'm already thinking about this
Erm, if you are on the Q-1 visa you cannot go out on the same visa for atleast 12 months after your visa expires. You can probrably go on other visas though? Regards, Jamie
I think you can go on other visas, but probably not right after CRP since most of those other visas are school visas... But if you get into a college or something you're allowed to work on the side...
Actually it was changed recently. The law in the US is that you have to wait 12 months between being issued a visa. However the US government is kinda pissed at Disney for handing out visas to people immediately after that 12 month time frame is over, so they (Disney) have changed it to 14 months instead to be on better terms with the federal government.
Haha I thought it would be something like that. Awww so you have to wait over a year before going back? Oh well that gives you time to regroup at home and go through the whole application process again. And I guess also makes you appreciate and cherish your time there more
Oh yes! It's like it says in a song: got it all untill it's gone, you don't what you've got till it's gone.... or something like that I was so upset when I had to go home from the last day of work! It really hit me then that I wouldn't work there anymore :-[ It was really tough to say goodbye to everyone!
Yeah it's cool to be able to work wherever... Kit actually asked me to work at some other location once... I turned him down though... and I was also in the process of starting to work the towers... but nothing came of it... it would be cool to work other places,,, make the days a bit more exciting
