Hey, I'm a newbie here I sent my CV and cover letter to yummy jobs regarding the International College Program for the summer of 2008. I got the normal response saying they'd contact me in 8-10 weeks but in the reply it seemed to just talk about the Cultural Rep Program, though I applied for the ICP. Is that normal? Sorry if this is a really dumb question, I just don't want to get into the wrong program! Thank you
Thank you for replying It must have sounded so stupid to ask, its just you know when you want something so much that when the smallest thing seems wrong you panic? Haha, well at least I know it's normal now Vicky x
Yeah, i know how you feel..Some things in the process can take a while..I guess its just because they need time to look over you application and make sure everythings ok with it..
you're also applying really early for it anyway. they send out a basic one before getting in touch with you properly, so don't worry about it. just remind them at the end of summer again that you applied so they don't forget you!
