Hi guys, I would like to ask anyone who's already passed the assessment stage, if Disney requires reference or recommendation letters for those who have been successful applying for the Cultural Representative role. Since I am Italian and it is not customary for companies in my country to issue references for past workers, I would like to be prepared to chase any reference up. I have worked in a UK airline and I remember getting all the references was a real nightmare... I would really appreciate any help! Thanks a lot!! Luca
Hey. I'm from Canada and I gave three references. Two from people I worked for and one that was just a personal reference (I've known them for a long time). I just gave names and phone number and told the people that Disney might call for a job I'm applying for. I have no idea if they called all of them (from two I know they did not call). I would recommend you do, but I don't think it is required.
