Hi everybody So I've just been accepted to go out on Sept 22nd, and I'm not sure when to let my current job know. Does anyone know if/when they ask for references?and is it just your current job? Thanks for any info
Hi. I`m from Norway so I don`t know if this goes for you guys in the uk as well, but in Norway I don`t think they actually check our references. We write down our past jobs, with fonenumbers if we have them, but they don`t normally check them. Someone said that they only check your references if you have worked for Disney before. It doesn`t seem unlikly, because it`s alot of work to check everybodys referenses. Besides, if you`re already accepted I don`t think you need to worry.
Don't need job references. Once your accepted, that's it Let your employer know a month to 6 weeks in advance
haha lee beat me to it, but yeah mate i actually asked michele (as one of my references had changed address) and she said they didn't need them!
Thank God if you ask me, i left my last employer on very bad terms and getting a reference from them wasn't going to be helpful ;D
