I was wondering if you got reprimands last summer for call in days but never got terminated and graduated do u still have re hire status?? Does anyone know how Disney determines re hire status?
kimmmm One of my friends got hired back on and i think he had at least one reprimand...maybe more I'll ask next time i'm talkin to him. How many did you have?
I guess that depends on what else you had on your record... And where you're from. We had a guy in the Norwegian pavilion that got termed during his first tree months, and he got rehired... But they're having big problems recruiting in Norway, so anyone could get the job really...
Thanks for the info... yeah the reprimands were just for call in days... my evaluation was good other then that...haha what can i say i loved time off.. haha
i had a reprimand for calling in sick to many times and im going back! i really wouldnt worry about it they dont stay on ya record forever...think its 12months max plus, re-hire status also means if youve completed a program....so if youve completed ya last program and you didnt get termed or went home early thats classed as good re hire status too xx
Okay well I'd say I'm in the clear then! cause thats what i got a reprimand for just call in days... my manager laughed when he did my evaluation cause he said i was an awesome worker.... I never pushed it.. cause i knew I could get termed.. but hopefully it'll all be good! Cause I'm going to the interviews in Halifax this month.. fingers crossed I'm going back :O) last summer was the best summer of my life so I'd like to do it all over again! thanks for the advice!

I got 2 warnings, one was a housing warning and the another one at work, and i'm also going back, so don't worry Medardo
I remember we got 4 housing warnings (but they don't got on your record card so it doesn't matter). After four you're supposed to be thrown out, but they kept thinking every warning was our first one! It was for really stupid things too.. like having a bow on the door.. it was Christmas! Come on people, where is your holiday spirit?
we had a slight incident with some kitchen towel going slightly on fire.... we managed to put that out, but we opened up the windows to let the smoke out cause was a bit scared the sprinklers would go off. And security gave us a housing warning for having the windows open more than 4 inches?! WTF?!
