Quick service

    i will be quick service F and B , I've been told we get paid more than in other positions . Is that true?
    Why?

    they told me we would be paid 7dollars per hour..

    You get paid more than if you were in a tipped position- but you don't get tips, and you're not allowed to keep them if you do. Therefore, it works out that you get more money if you work in a tipped position, even though your hourly rate is much lower.

    If you work outside on a cart, like the popcorn cart in Canada or the Fish and Chip place in the UK, you get 50 cents extra an hour. So, you make $7.30 and hour.

    i will not be in the pavilions , cuz im from argentina im doing the 3month program , and ill be in a cart anyway.. will i be paid 7.30 an hour as well?

    I believe that CPs start at $6.25 and hour, but don't quote me on that. Whatever your starting pay is, you will get 50 cents more an our for being in quick service.
