There are two options when its asking me about the coverage I want. I've never done anything like this before so I'm a little unsure about what each means. I'm getting these options and was wondering if someone could tell me which one Disney need you to have?

Yeah my form tells me about the excess and the deductable etc which is all fine because there's only one initial plan, but when you start to put in your information it asks you to clarify which one you want... :-\

i think both are okay, A is the cheaper plan but has less cover.

Remember it doesn't include travel insurance.

Last year i used insureandgo.com and got the Backpackers Gold policy which was about £90 for 4 months which covered me both at work medically and while i was traveling. The Health people at disney checked it and said it was all okay!

I chose the second option when i went for the summer program last year..And i got an email off alexis saying..this is fine as long as you went for the SRI cover or something!

Anyway..it only cost me £52 i think it was for the 11 weeks i was there..Bargain!

Oh right no that was the top one. If they accept the top one I'll just go for that. Basically just looking for the cheapest option. :)

    Hi Emi ;D
I completed mine last week and went for the second option because it wasnt that much more expensive - dont know what the extra stuff means but I figured it couldnt do any harm!

I havent read it properly - so do we need to get seperate travel insurance as well?!!

i think altho not 100% certain that the second one includes an extra option for if u die out there. that ur remains will eb reutrned to the uk. generaly if someone dies abroad the family have to pay for the remains to be returned to the uk unless its covered by their policy or have the body burried at a different location

nah - repatriation of mortal remains is what your thinking of and thats included inthe first option, but AD&D(Accidental Death & Dismemberment)isnt.thats ok tho,i mean,if you die - accidentaly or otherwise your not really going to care what the insurence policy says because youl be dead!!!!

    Right, 2 questions,

If I got this insurance, would I need to get any other travel insurance, or does this include my baggage and property cover as well?

Secondly, my Disney Pack recommends speciality risk insurance, and says there is a link on the Yummy Website, but when I click that link it is Seven Corners Inc, and not SRI as Emi's screencap shows above. Why? ???

yeah,i took out this insurence,it seems like the policy is with seven corners and the speciality risk people are just a sister company or something, dunno if it makes any difference to us but it is the right thing your getting!
i doesnt cover you for travel at all (lost bags, flight delays etc etc) so you will need to take out other cover for that - im using the airline insurence to cover me for the flight (this only cost me £6 for 24hrs and covers me if my bags go missing etc!) for property (laptops, mobiles etc) i was told that we can but insurence for this after we arrive,i guess they will provide details but i want to have my laptop insured just incase!!
