I'm on the cult rep programme and I was wondering what type of flights we have to book ourselves? Is it one way, return or open ticketed? And do they get picky about what time they pick you up from the airport? i.e Indirect flights might mean I don't arrive till 11pm :-\ I've probably been told this before but I'm a bit blonde from time to time. if you book your own flight you just book a one way ticket. If you fly into Orlando Intl Airport and you are due to arrive within "office hours" you will be picked up there by disney staff - if your going to arrive late at night id assume you would have to make your own way to the housing complex by taxi or bus or what ever. For those people (like me!!) who are flying into Sanford Airport you have to make your own way to the housing complex anyway,disney staff only pick up from Orlando Intl. Hope thats some help!!
Hi Todd! Why wouldn't u arrive before 11pm?!? You know there are flights in the morning and even with an indirect flight you would arrive in the afternoon. Me and a friend probably arrive a day earlier, cause the flights are cheaper on the 10th here in Germany.
Hey Guys My names Steph and i'm working in the UK F&B at the mo. The ? about your flight. I let disney book my flight cos that way you get to spend the day with a few people that you will be spending the year with. However a few of my friends booked their own flights and they had to book a one way flight to orlando international and you need to let the international programs office know what you have done and give them all the flight information. As i said Disney booked mine and we didnt arrive until 9pm and there where people at the airport to greet us and put us on the bus to our new home. Look forward to meeting you all Luv Steph
