So for some reason (long story) I ended up having my hair shaved (though only undercut) a few months ago with the assumption that my hair would grow a lot faster than it does. As things stand right now my hair looks completely normal unless I pull it up, which I'm pretty sure you have to, at which point you can see that part of my hair is only about an inch long. How much of a problem do you think I will have? Also: any suggestions?
i'd say that's something you need to be upfront with the agency about... maybe take a few photos of your hair in different styles the way you could wear it for work and see what they think... the only other option is having it all cut into the shorter length in like a pixie cut or something but i think that would be a last alternative and i'm sure if you just pull it back into a ponytail then it wouldn't really show.
