Program for UK people not at college?

Is there a program similar to the ICP that UK people can do if they're not at Uni/college? I know about the year long one at Epcot but is there any other kind? ???

 

there is one called H2B Seasonal Work, its similar to college but u dont need to be at uni, and the start dates are in may and finish in november (at least that said in tha interviews here in Mexico) but i know its open for UK and Canada as well

 

unfortunately you just missed out on the 6 month one, the interviews were this week!
