hey guys! just wondering about the program fee we have to pay... can we pay it ahead of time or do we wait until we get down there?
the Assesment fee? You pay it ahead of time. There's a link that should be in our packs but some packs dont have it. Contact Nicola at Cast-a-way and tell her you need the link for the assesment fee and she'll e-mail it to you. It's paid by credit card and you get a reciept that you have to take to Disneyworld with you.

i'm not worrying about it yet...but i was just wondering how far in advance do you pay it? days, weeks.....years perhaps?
Its 72 US and you can pay it anytime as long as you have the print off with you when you ge there....So I guess teh answer is days before even the day you leave if you want to wait that long. Cheers Christine
Hey peeps, Iv tried to pay my program fee but when I input my phone number it converts it into an american number and the last 2 digits are used as an ext. number. Do I leave it or? can anyone help? ;D Jx ;D
It's an amount of money we have to pay so they can be sure we'll go there... once u paid it they start reservating u an apartment and a job position! You'll get the link to pay it in a mail disney will soon send u!
i just left it. it also gives a warning that you paid to much....don't worry it is just because of the exchange rate,its all good
