Forgive me if I'm being really dense, but when I come to pay my program assessment fee, it asks for my user name and password. Is this just the one I use for Yummy? I really can't remember if I've read somewhere about it and if I have, then I haven't a clue where I read it lol.
OK I might be wrong but I thought Disney were supposed to contact you about paying the fee. If this is the case then I think they send you the name and password in the email....
Ah so they did! Apparantly I was being dense! ;D I thought I'd read it somewhere, but I can never remember where I've read stuff hehe.
So you have to pay a Program Assessment fee before you go and a housing assessment fee when you get there? I remember reading somewhere that the housing fee is 100$, how much is the program fee? thankssss
It's a program assessment fee, there's not two of them. It's about a hundred bucks. You pay it before you go, not when you get there.
The applicant number is in your paperwork or email stating program assesment fee. And the other one is your last name
As you can see below, you will have to pay 100$ before you leave and about 250$ which you probably have to pay all in all after your arrival Pre-Departure Expenses (Non-reimbursed) * $100* for visa application * $100 Program Assessment Fee * $0-$500* for visa reciprocity fee * $500-$2,000* for airfare * $130-$200* for medical insurance * Also, any transportation or postal fees required to secure a visa *Varies by country. Post-Arrival Expenses (Non-reimbursed) * $80-$105 for the first week's housing payment * $50-$100 for groceries during the first one or two weeks * $30-$50 for work shoes, to be purchased after arrival NOTE: All costs are approximate and are subject to change without notice. Cast Members receive their first paycheck approximately two weeks after their arrival. Therefore, participants should bring money to cover incidental charges and initial living expenses, which averages around U.S. $300-$500. What is the correct answer? Thanks
They reimburse you for the outbound flight once you've completed 12 months of work. They don't pay for the flight home though as I found out in another thread.
They will pay for your outbound flight if you want them too (I was on the waitlist and only and only had 8 weeks notice, so they told me about this option in case I didn't have the money already saved), but they'll take it back in installments from your pay once you get there.
Not really...you pay your outgoing flight or Disney will pay it and you pay them back, then they reimburse you for it after your 12 months, so that you can put the money towards your flight home. So if you homebound flight is more expensive than your outgoing flight then you will have to pay the difference I guess, but you won't be paying the full homebound flight. I think that's right anyway, if I'm wrong, someone please let me know hehe.
*pweh* This started becoming quite complicated I guess i'll just take the air ticket into my budget account, just to be on the safe side XD
I don't think that's right from what I've been reading. Disney will only pay for ONE of your flights, not both. Based on a flight being £500, for example; Outbound flight -£500 Disney reimbursment after 12 months +£500 Flight home -£500 This means you're still paying for one leg of your journey. In effect, you'll still be paying £500 to get home. Total flight costs = £1,000 Disney give you: £500 Total cost to you = £500 (prices are for example).
yea thats wot we got told in the interview the other day they will pay u ur outbound journey once u do the 12month contract
Hey Emma.. the username and the password are in the very e-mail they sent you about the assessment fee the one that links you to the online payment website.. The username should be your surname, while the password is made up of 4 or 5 numbers.. it's 104.50$!
