    Hi Tess

Frist of all smile, it sounds silly but it shows in your voice. Be yourself, it's silly trying to be anyone else ;) Be friendly, I had Jason for my phone interview and he was really nice, I'm sure the others are too, they know you are probably as nervious as all hell so don't worry about it. Swat up on your local area, they seem to ask the best thing about your area quite often so be be prepared, and be honest, I can out with a bit of infomation that was greeted with "Really? I didn't know that" I admitted I learnt it from a tea-towel, that got a laugh and "At least you were honest and don't claim to know everything" Which was nice.

Um that's all the advice I can think of as I don't know if I've got past the phone stage yet but that is what I was advised by people.

    Good luck!

  3. I'm in Canada, and I was asked tons of questions on my counrty. First off I was totally friendly and giggly (which is how I always am...giggle giggle giggle) She asked me things like

On a scale of 1-10 10 being the highest how proud are you to be a canadian (right answer 10! DUH!)
What is so great about Canada? (I blabbed on about what a rish history is has)
An american guest at the park tell you they want to visit Canada, where do you reccommened they go? (I said my home town of vancouver and blabbed on baout local sights)
You have a guest waiting 10 minutes for a table at the resturant, how do you keep them from being bored? (right answer: tell them about the gardens around the resturant they can look at while they wait...)

Other things like that, basically just be overly friendly and happy and dedicated. It lasted about 20 mins (though it seemed like 30 seconds) and at the end she told me she isn't going to mail me a letter asking me to the interviews in november shes so excited to meet me she just wants to invite me now! SO awesome!
Good luck with your interview, I'm sure you'll do fine, just be friendly and convey the "disney"-way.

personally i don't think the phone interviews are anything to stress about. my guess is that it is mostly just to weed out anyone who obviously doesn't seem like a good fit. when they phoned me i was at work with my boss and other employees walking around the office and listening in on parts of my conversation not knowing it was disney on the phone. so i kept all my answers short and direct hoping wrap up the converstion not realizing it was an actual interview. then he put me on hold and came back saying i had made it to the in person interview etc. so basically just don't get nervous, answer the questions with a little thought, be polite and when they ask you if you have any tattoos or piercings do not respond with "yeah man i got 10 piercings in one ear and a huge dragon tattooed on my arm" ;)
