Hi, I'm going to be applying in the next week and I was just wondering how everyone dealt with the phone interview? I always seem to get caught off guard when someone from a prospective job calls me so I was wondering if you get any notification of being called before hand?

    Thanks ;D

    Hey, welcome! :D

Yeah, they'll call you in advance to schedule a time to phone for the interview...so they don't creep up on you unexpectedly or anything!! Good Luck! :D

    Where are you from??

    Ellen x :D
P.S. this post has just got me to my 1000th...hurrah....:D or else I'm just really sad and am on here way too much!!  :-[

Thanks a lot :), that's eased my worries.

    Hey Mark!
Just to say hi and welcome to the boards! The next round of 'face-to-face' interviews won't be until nov time- so it could be a while before the phone interviews! It's a real waiting game with this- but is the only 'downside' as such that I've come across! ;D
    And Ellen- well done! ;D

if it makes you feel better, I'm only on the agonising waiting list...so at the moment, am without a job and may be joining you at the next interviews if nothing changes!!
