Hi Ben! Welcome to the boards! My Cultural Representative phone interview is on Thursday next week, so fingers crossed! I applied last year, but was sadly rejected after the phone interview. The discussion is really only about 10 - 15 mins long, with pretty easy questions to answer. Basically why you want to work as a Cultural Rep, why you want to work for Disney, and a few things that you know about Canada. I was also asked how I would handle living in an apartment with up to seven other girls from different countries and how I would handle working in the Florida heat. It's not as difficult as I thought it would be. Very fast, and the best you can do is answer honestly and try to bring up your best attributes. Mention experiences you've had that you think would help you while working at Disney. Example: working with people, working long hours, working in sales, working in food and beverage, speaking in front of large audiences etc. Try your best to stay calm and smile, smile, SMILE! They can most definitely hear it in your voice! I hope that helps, and good luck!
