The Cultural Rep Program, in my opinion, is the best program and is definitely worth pursuing. I had the best year of my life on it. You live in the Commons and work in the country you are from in Epcot.

The J1 involves more work in the sense that you ahve to be studying through some of it or at least learning something as it is a trainee program.

With the Cultural Rep is your choice to take and pay for classes if you wish - i did. Definitely go for the interview and they'll show you a training video to tell you all about it.

BTW Me and several of my friends are in the video, hehe.
