Hi everyone!!! I'm hoping I can get my fellow alumni/cast members on board with this one.... I'm in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. There is a 7-year old boy name Shane in CHEO here (Children's Hospital of Eastern Ontario) fighting cancer (Leukemia, specifically). THIS IS NOT SPAM, A JOKE, ETC... I thought it was at first, until the local radio station here (www.1053kissfm.com/) got involved, and the story has made it to the tv stations and the newspapers too. I think it's in March... I know it's not RIGHT away, but they are starting the campaign so that he gets them all in time for his birthday.
Ok, how cool is this? On the radio today, they were talking about hits to their website about Shane, and they can tell (from the IP's I guess) which countries hits have come from! They were saying there were hits from UK, France, Germany, Australia, Japan, South Africa,...just to name a few! I hope some of those hits are from IP'ers!! Please help out everyone! Wouldn't it be great to be part of breaking a world record!!? Thanks! ;D ;D
