I received an email from disney a couple of days ago asking to confirm that i have a driver's licence and if i could send a scan of it. did anyone else get this? Am i getting too excited and ahead of myself, thinking that this could possibly point to what role im being given when i get out there? Jmaes
I think all operations people have to do it.. But at a guess i would have thought your going to be driving the kilmanjaro safari trucks..Thats just a guess tho, coz you could be driving the tramps in the parking lot or something i guess..
i asked another girl whos doing operations and she didnt get the email. and yeah i thought about safari too, i did say id like to work on it during my interview. so fingers crossed!! they dare have me driving the tram tho!!!
That would be a really good place to work. I didn't think people usually had to send in a copy of their drivers license. I knew someone who worked at the safari last summer and she had a great time. Could be driving something else though? Not sure what but driving something would be better than working on the dumbo ride or something equally as bad.
My mate did it on the college program last year and im pretty sure he said he had to send his driving license in before he went..I think at the time tho he just pressumed that everyone had to do it..

ditto. annika is on jungle cruise but she isnt driving so i reckon most possible thing would be animal kingdom trucks. im jelous!
do you even need a driving license for jungle cruise? my friends do it and as far as i know you dont actually steer it, just make it go forward. Also they dont email everyone doing operations, so most likely it will be for the safari trucks, especially if you asked to do it. If you give any hint in the interview that you can do something specific you seem to get it, my mate mentioned that he used to do bit of acting and he got put on Movie Ride, same with a guy i know on Jungle Cruise Oh and Louise, theres nothing wrong with working on dumbo, thats what i do...best role out there
