ok possibly have a major problemo.....only just occured 2 me when zan said the papers go str8 2 disney....for the correspondance address was i suposed to put julies adress?? i didnt do that!!! i put my home...yummy havent been exactly clear on this whole process have they...anyone got ne ideas b4 i get barred from the US?
Ummm I'm not gonna be a lot of help here cos I can't really remember nething I put on that form, but I'd contact yummy asap (well Monday) and ask them, unless someone on here can remember?
If you actually typed the corrospondence address then yes, I would say julies. But apparently if you went through the /disney part on the gateway site then it was done for you. Easiest wayto find out, check if they've taken your money for it. You said you've got a confirmation email so as long as you've paid and they've confirmed you won't have a problem because you will have proof od insurance. If for some reason they haven't taken the money then email them with your confirmation number and ask them if everything has gone through and if they could please send a copy of the policy details to your home address. I did ythis so that I would have a copy as well as disney just incase they didn't get it for some reason. It will only take a few days to arrive (I remember thinking mine was really quick!). Don't worry! Worse case senario is that they haven't done it at which point they will sort it out for you. Zan xx

Yeah, just call gateway direct (or email), or check your bank. You'll be able to find out pretty quickly if you've paid them or not!
hey emma...u get it sorted? i had this same problem. just ring up gateway...i did. they are really helpful. On your forms you will have put both ur address and julie's address. IF you look at the print out you printed after completing the forms *you should have printed one* u will see your address towards top of form and julies at bottom. But call gateway to check it all over. They are familiar with us disney lot and so will be able to help u out let me know how u get on x
although i didn't book through gateway i find it strange that you don't get sent the info. in the acceptance pack it mentions we have to have proof of insurance at the airport or something so i would try to get something emailed to you at least so you can print it off and show at the airport if need be.
i recieved the insurance poluicy off gateway today phew!! and i think im ringin them in a bit to get one sent to julies adress too just in case!!
