??? hiya! my managers think im kinda crazy to be doing this! think they jst dnt wna lose me! hehe anyway, whats the average paycheck please?! its weekly, and from that is taken tax, flight, and rent... but it all comes straight out... leaving us with ... how much!?! (F&B - non tipped pls!) Gemma 117 days!
Hi! I heard you will have 150 dollars left whene they have have taken all from the paycheck, but i dont know if this is tru. But it will be diffrent if your in F&B since you get tiped.
not in tipped straight away tho! means im gna have to resist buying anything - yeh right - for a while!!!.... i cud try! :S
I could be wrong, but I think pay for non-tipped CMs (across the board) is something like 6.50. And, again, if I'm not mistaken, we're guaranteed minimum 30 hours a week. Which puts it at 195 per week? Not sure whether the 6.50 is with or without tax and stuff. But, apparently, it's not hard to get overtime. Yay! Kev P.S. saying "we" there feels so strange
Whene I was at the interview in Norway they told us we make 6.80 for non-tipped, and they also told us we would be working 8 h per day 5 days a week. That puts it at 272 per week before tax, rent, airplane ticket and insurance. (hope they dont take all the money on the paycheck ) Hehe, I hope we get enough money per week so we can buy food But again, I can be wrong 67 days left now before I go ;D
Oh, it might have been 6.80... Something like that... As for time, I think the 30 hours thing is what you're absolutely guaranteed per week-but most people get more. I think the 30 hours per week thing was in the read applicant trifold brochure we got-though I'm not 100% sure :? Kev
Taken out of the info brosures we got at the interwiev: You will be compensated at an hourly rate of pay. You will work a minimum of 30 hours a week. Noellie told me on the phone that the monthly wage is 1100 dollars, that makes it 275 dollars a week, then you can take of rent, taxes, and insurance + plane ticket for those who pays that. The rent is from 69-87 dollars a week, depeding on the size of the apartmen, this is taken out of the info i got on the interwiev, in a nother subject kelly told me that the plane ticket is about 20 dollars a week. This will meen that the weekly pay is about 186 to 168 dollars, this numbers do not include taxes or insurance, so i will guess somewere between 140-160 will be the final paycheck. Hope it helped, if someone can tell us how much the taxes is, i think its 10 %, and how much the insurance is we will now for sure See you all i florida
ICPs are earning at a level/for such a period that they *can* claim it back (but not until April...so the US Government still owes me money!). For IPs, I have no idea.
Hey guys: CPs and IPs get different rates of pay! IPs get paid more because.... well, I don't know why. We also are guaranteed 32 hours a week and I believe CPs are guaranteed 30 hrs. Despite that, IPs still sometimes get scheduled for, like, 29 hours per week. But I think if you talk to a manager Disney will give you the extra hours to meet the minimum. Currently IPs that are employed by Disney (not sure about those that are employed by operating participants) are paid $7.08/hr unless you are in a tipped position. You get paid weekly, and rent is between $69 - 87 depending on your apartment size. Taxes are about 7% of your weekly gross, i.e., before rent. Not sure about tax refunds... Adios! ~ Jen
Ok, UK non-tipped pay checks after all deductions- rent, $20 for flight, taxes etc is usually around $120-130. Doesn't sound like much lol does it, especially if you convert it into pounds. But, its possible to get by, thats for sure. People manage to go out, go shopping, etc etc. Because this money in your pay check is for you- for food, alcohol, clothes. All your bills, transport to work, rent etc is already taken out. The frustrating thing is that tipped people can often make $120 a night. : Life isn't fair lol! Charlotte
Hi newbies looking forward to meeting you all, Just a word of warning to save some money for the second week as they don't take any deductions for rent or airfare off the first week and then do two weeks off the second paycheck and you don't end up with much. see yous soon guys. Dawn
