    Congrats :D

You don't need to worry about trivia etc lol Just have something to say about the place you live...general interview questions about good customer service etc :)

Overall, just be yourself - they're looking for happy, talkative people ;D Good luck

all of the above and don't forget to smile, even if it is just the phone interview.

also don't give one word answers go into detail with them!!!

anyway congrats on getting it and good luck

Good luck! U can do it...
Maybe to ease ur nerves think of what youd do if there was a problem in the restaurant... they usually ask a customer service type question.., just relax and smile and ur do great im sure.

thanks for all the replies guys and girls! just another quick question, from your experiences, should i prepare something eg write a few bullet points down about myself, where i live etc or should i just wing it and do it off the top of my head?

Well, it would of course make your answers more thorough. I didn't bring anything, and it went just fine, got the job.... But then again I've heard Norway is one of the easiest countries to get accepted in....
It's also positive to show that you have prepared yourself..

i had like 2 A4 pages full of notes didn't do much good though lol, think the best way is keep the note to a min and yer SMILE.

emma i wont be to heard to talk about liverpool now, my home town doesn't have much other then its the home of the gills, is mention is a few charles dickens stories as well as being his home for a while. then its also home to Joe pascalie and Kelly brook (i went to the same school as her) other then thats its mostly historical with the castle. old high street, fort and old dock yards plus its very much in tune with the army as we have the RE training base.

Yeah, I wrote down a few things- just in case my mind went completely blank. Just a few bits about my home town/country, examples of customer service stuff like that. I also put a tigger cuddly toy in front of me so that I smiled every time I saw it- but to be honest I was smiling anyway! -it definitely shows in your voice (weird as that sounds) so be bubbly, keep talking, and SMILE! ;D
    Good luck!

it says somewhere on their corporate website about the programme that you need to do a swimming test. does this happen because if yes i would have to learn to swim pretty quick!!!
