You're not supposed to say "Merry Christmas"? Haha. Is it offensive? What about the 30 foot christmas tree in every park? Or the Christmas parades? Or the decorations? Or the changed rides? lol. :
I'm assuming Happy Holidays covers every holiday so you can't offend or leave anyone out with Marry Chirstmas. I think everything else (except for Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party) refers to the holidays and not a specific holiday. Like Jingle Jamin parade (talks about the holidays from what I remember at Animal Kingdom opening)

Merry Christmas and Happy Boxing day here from the commons! Tracey I really wanted to be at your Xmas meal but I fell asleep coz I had to get up at 4.30am this morning for a delightful 7am start!
