Hi, how is everyone today? I'm Chris (dangermouse), I'm 20 and I'm from England and I have always wanted to work in Disney World. I have a few questions that maybe you guys and gals could answer for me. I hope this is in the right place?? Here goes, As I am at uni at the moment the only realistic time I could go is between June and August 2008, unless I wait another year till I graduate. Is it possible from someone from England to work three months, then re-apply in the future if they enjoyed it? What positions are available? Ideally I would love to be a life guard or bar tender (as I have experience in both) is this possible? Also, If I decide to go next year when would be the best time to apply, and how would I go about it? Hope you guys and girls can help Thanks in advance Chris (dangermouse)
there is the J1 summer program you could apply for, i'd email yummy jobs with you CV and cover letter for this, though i don't know when they will start recruiting for next summer! if i remember rightly you can do many jobs with this program, so you could apply to be a lifeguard!
Welcome! There is a summer program on a J1 visa, I did it back in 05 and did lifeguarding which was sooooo much fun. They start interviewing for the summer program in early Nov and the closing date for applications is early september. So you are probably best sending off your application soon. Good luck A x
