hi guys, I'm from China. I just started applying for the CRP last week. Yesterday I got a notification saying that I'm going to have an interview tommorrow on the phone, I'm so nervous, I don't know who I'm going to speak with, and what should I say to him/her? I have participated in the ICP program last year, would that be an advantage? really need help here? ???

No need to worry Jun Du :). It might help a little bit, but Disney treats everyone as if they were someone new. They will acknowledge your experience and ask you about it etc. But its not the make or break in any interview. Just take a few deep breaths, and whatever time they said they are going to call expect it about 10 minutes earlier (they want to catch you off guard ;))

thank you for your help. :) my interview is in the morning at 9:00, you are right, I should be prepared earlier. Will they let me to make a long self-introduction? I'm worried about my speaking English cause everything goes wrong when I'm nervous. :'( Am I supposed to talk in a more humorous or seroious way?

thanks a lot~ :)but my ICP interview was a face-to-face one together with 70 other applicants, I've never done a phone interview like this before, especially with foreigner, I'm afraid there will be some rules I don't know, questions like should I talk most of the time? ??? although I 've been in America for 7 months, I really need some American courtesy tips here about phone call making.

Be yourself, be natural, relax (yes, I know it's hard), pretend you're just chatting, don't think of it as an interview, and don't forget to SMILE. Smiling is actually conveyed down the phone, and makes you sound much more positive.
