Ok well i am having so much trouble and im only on question 2 lol its says place of issuance?i take it thats were your passport is done?then on nearly all the qs there is state/province well what did you guys put is it the area like gloucestershire? HELP!!!
i personally havent got my VISA to start yet but my girlfriends e-mailed alexis or rang jason anytime she had problems filling forms out.... im sure sum1 on here can help you though....
Mine was done at Newport Gwent.... if you go on the passport website... it will give you all the regions in which passports are issued..... my Mum foned them up and they told us.

I'm not sure, but I think visas from the UK are £63... http://www.usembassy.org.uk/cons_new/visa/niv/exchange.html should have more info though That'll all be in the visa pack that Yummy (if you're from the UK) send out anyway... I know some people will not have to pay for the Visa because of a deal that was worked out before they applied (I saw that, or something to it's effect on recruiting posters at college) but the normal cost from the UK is 63, i think...
