please let me know how it all goes for you i really want to do the summer program one day

i start uni next year so hopefully ill do it in the break between 2nd and 3rd year

a few questions!

which program are you doing?

was it easy to apply since we dont have any help in australia and did you just have a phone interview?

do you go to uni? if so which one and did they help you organising it at all? (i guess that only applies if youd doing the international college program...)

where are you working over there? if you know already...

Its gonna be soooo great Cass!

Yeah it really does suck! Luckily my dad travels over there now and then for work, so I'll be able to hitch a ride with him. Dont need to be paying for extra bus or flight trips whilst trying to save for a US plane ticket

I'm doing the International College Program with Unisa. Everyone got sent out an email and we had to go to a seminar/interview session if we were interested. They also have an Ausitralian based company called DK International that helps with organising what you need to do and they're really good.

Also I think January 26th, all the Aussies that are over there, we show the world how we celebrate!!!

We so have to show the yanks how aussies do it, esp. Australia Day will be great hahaha

Hey and you have to bring some chessy Aussie stuff along too, we're going down to Manly (just down the hill from all us girls in Sydney going Sep. 10th) and we're gonna get some shirts and touristy stuff just to show our colours and true roots, *laughs*

I've been a total stress cause i've got less than a month till i'm at Disney, argh and what to bring, and then thinkin of getting a laptop, does anyone know if there is internet access in ALL rooms?

I'm planin to get myself som khakis and turn up there Steve Irwin style

I've still gotta little while to go before I leave so at the moment all I am stressing over is trying to get the hours at work to get the money for the flights! Gonna really suck as the date get closer, not only will I be stressing about getting everything ready, but the week I go is the week my main filming assignment for my film class is due, a 2000 word essay is due and the week before that one I have a play to put on. Good times!
So this kinda is the calm before the storm for me

I have SEVERAL AUSSIE friends......Adelaide area and THEY ROCK!! I do not arrive at Disney till Dec. but I doubt I will meet up with ya will I??
I REALLY hope so!! Would LOVE to meet up with ya!! This Canadian will travel down under in the next 5 years FOR SURE!! Not to mention I have places to stay!! I have my FAV soap opera that is filmed there........McLeod's Daughter.....LOVE IT!!
