So i have a question for some people who have done the program before, do you get to meet the other workers, like the cp workers, and some of the yanks down there too, or are you mostly with the people from your own country?
It all depends on you. But there's a big chance you'll met people on other programs. I've got an american friend who's on the CP while I was there the last time
Ye i guess it does, i love meeting new people so i just didn't wanna be with people from the same country as me the WHOLE! time, plus i love the americans lol!
You're not alone about that. A lot of people wants to get to know people from other places. I love americans too, they're so nice
iv only been here a month and i have 4 german friends, 2 french friends, 2 norweigen friends, 6 or maybe more canadian friends and dozens upon dozens of new friends from the uk (my pavilion), i also know a guy thats just come out on the icp and another one from the same program that arrives tuesday, u will not believe the people u meet when u get here x
They try to mix you up in your living accommodations. So most likely you wont be living with anyone from your country. It does happen and I have heard of crazy times when one apartment had only one country. But it is more fun the more mixed up it can be. (At least in my eyes.) So I am sure you will make plenty of friends from around the world.
