Medication that needs to be refridgerated? Shots on site?

I'm in my final year of a four-year allergy shot medication program... thingie. If I miss out this year, I have to go back for four more years! I'm wondering if anyone else is in the same situation, and what you plan to do with your meds. I called my airline, and they said that they had fridges that I could put them in. But, I still need to keep my needles cold during a transfer, and before I get to my new apartment complex. ;D

Also, does anyone know if there's a nurse on-site that would give me my shots (4 shots, once a week for a month)? I really wish that they don't charge me for them, as it only takes a few seconds.

    Thanks!
