on the instructions i have from yummy it says they send the confirmation to disney and we have to look on our cc statements to see if the moneys come off! and thats how we know. they send the confirmation that youre insured to disney and we get it when we arrive? im not sure if thats how its workin but thats what the 'step by step guide' says!

Did everyone look into other options for medical insurance? I've heard that Gateway is more expensive than some other companies. I have only done a little research, but the company that I'm going with is about $100 cdn less than Gateway.

gateways costs around £120 for 4 months (if ive calculated right) it is expensive in a way but easy as they send details and confirmation to Disney! I choose them for less hassle because am lazy and couldnt be bothed shopping around but I probarbly could of got it cheaper! ringing to the US now I bet that cost me loads but hey thats what dads are for right!!!!

Turns out that Gateway may just be worth it because it saves some hassle. Called an insurance company today and was told that I had to get travel insurance and they said I had to get it for the entire year. Didn't make a whole lot of sense to me. I'm going to check into a few more places before I take the Gateway insurance.

How's everyone else doing with their insurance?

But she said gateway was really expensive!

We got our with STA Travel (You know the student one) and it completely covers you....so look into that too. xx

it's no hassle getting it with anyone else! i've bought mine, told Yummy about it and they haven't asked for any information from me, just as long as I know i'm covered!

I would definitily say shop around! x
