Sounds like you lucky to have been already done (i'm envious hehe) I hope to be there with you Can add me if you like, UKColinR@hotmail.com Colin
Hey there, I have heard from my the CV stage, i have my telephone interview in January, i really hope i get past the telephone interview stage. Can any one tell me what kind of questions they ask in the telephone interview stage. Hope to get past the telephone interview stage. Jake :
If you take a look around the applicants forums, you should be able to find a few threads about what gets asked in the telephone interview. To be honest, it's not that hard. You'll wonder afterwards what all the fuss was about. They're really just looking for enthusiasm, friendliness and someone who sounds nice. They asked me how I heard about the program, why I wanted to apply, had I been to the parks before, and then they put me in a "What would you do?" CM situation. Nothing too taxing really! KC

I've already been chatting to Colin but i would love to get to know you all So feel free to add me babynat79@hotmail.com Good luck everyone Nat xx

Oooh it's so exciting to be *meeting* new people who hopefully I will get to meet in person!!!! I've chatted to Colin and added others to my MSN...now all I gotta do is remember to turn it on hehe . Anyway telephone interviews are really not too bad (though of course waiting for the phone to ring is the worst). I just tried to relax and be myself and what I can gather from reading other post the format changes with every interview as everyone seems to be asked various different things. Anyway hope to speak to more of you soon Kirsty XXXX

Hey guys, Thought I'd introduce myself as I'm at the 'wait 8-10 weeks for a reply' email stage, hopefully leading to further developments in January + March! I'm Andrew, 22, from Bucks, and I graduated from Uni in July. Living back at home is a bit of a comedown and I've no great life plans yet, so thought I'd renew my interest in WDW, which I first looked into back in 2001, bat sadly 9/11 temporarily screwed things up. I managed to end up working for the Mouse anyway, and spent the best 6 and a half months of my life in Paris instead. Was planning on going back there for a couple of months, but their recruitment process is a bit of a mess, so figured I was as well off trying for the 'big one'! Gotta say it does mess with your head when you start thinking about it as a real possibility - and there's so much on here to read about! Impressed by everyone's enthusiasm and friendliness - pretty much the whole lot of you deserve to get over there based on that alone! Andrew
Welcome to the group MrMet What did you do at DLP? I'd like to work there by my french isn't really up to Scratch unfortunately! I regularly visit, usually about 4 times a year, have an annual pass and own shares in the place! Everyone here is excited at the prospect of working in WDW, so you are not alone Look forward to getting to know you better here Colin
Hey Colin, I worked on the Studio Tram Tour. I was really lucky with the time I was there as I arrived a couple of months before the Studios opened so I got to see the whole thing still in the construction/testing phase, moving on through its official opening and the first few months. Despite being a pretty average attraction by Disney standards, it was probably the best one to work at. In the 'station' it was really sociable, and then every second day you got to spend half your 'working' hours sat down riding round in a Tram catching up on some rest! Did feel a bit cheated working in one of Disney's poorest ever parks when one of their best was just through a couple of sets of gates, but we all learned to love it in its own way! Andrew
Hi Andrew Its great that you worked in Disneyland Paris, i think that will help you in your application. Colin - I would love to work in Disneyland Paris aswell but unfortunately my French is only very basic too. Will have to take some more French lessons I think! Good luck everyone applying, hope we all get to meet in March! ;D Nat xx
