I know there is a Marathon, Half Marathon, 10k and 5k funruns. I think the funruns are in oct/nov and the marathon events in february. I'd be interested in the 10k funrun and possibly the half marathon, especially as they are routed through the parks. I've done shorter distance running in the past and a 180mile bikeride so would be up for it, they are all for different charities too.

Anyone else interested in any of these?

Yea I would be interested in these I've heard about them b4 and always wanted to do one so I guess being there for a year is going to be the perfect opportunity, its been a while since i've done some serious running but this could be a good reason to start training again!

I would need some serious training for a marathon considering i jog because i get out of breath after 100 yards but i would like to do one while in Disney to get some sponsorship and raise money for a charity

I'd definitely be up for that..

I did the great north run..13.3 miles..

In all fairness tho, I would struggle with this one though, as that was about 5 years ago! And my fitness was a lot better! haha..

I would love to join a 10km, and maybe a half marathon. I've ran 30km before, but that was in uniform, with a gun and 11kg on the back, and to be honest, that day I promised myself to not do that one more time. But now I'm considering it again, in proper outfit this time tho ;) My personal best 3km is 10:45, so I guess 40-50 min should be the goal for a 10km=) Running is quite fun actually, not the running itself, but to see the result when you are done! :D

Blimey, and I'd struggle with the fun run.
