main gate pass for those of you...

coming soon you will not have to wait 90 days to get your main gate pass because of the Happiest celebration on earth Disney is letting all new hires get there main gate pass within 2wks of your start date. That is excellent news for those of you who are arriving soon and you have family coming.

hey stephanie thats great news i have a question concerning that main gate pass , is it right that we get one each year ? so for example if im coming sept 20 ill get a new pass in january ? i read this somewhere on an other topic , and i would just love it if you could confirm it

That's right, you will get a new pass in January. Also at Christmas you get 4 special passes that can be used to get family and friends in too! ;D

 

do u have to be with ur family wen they go? for them 2 use the pass i mean?

 

Yeah Emma I think you have to be there to sign them in, but after that they can go off I think. Does that mean we will get 12 days to use before Jan 1st and then 12 more after? Or is it pro rata i.e. get like a day per month up til jan so if we arrive in sept we get 4 days to use? ???

if we get another load in jan that would work out excellent for me, as i have lots of people coming out this year, but also in easter, my mum and dad are coming out, and i was thinking i'd not have enough for them! but that will be great if that's how it works!

yeah i thought e had to do that i supose if it were like vouchers we cud sell em to ne old randoms!!! my family r cummin in january for my bady...looks like my bf wil be joining us next june hopefully lifegurading he emailed jason few days ago....and it sounded promosing altho jason thought he wanted to got his june ie 21st and sed ther r stil spaces if he wanted to go or sumthn gud eh?

 

yeah ther are spaces on the CP as,sumthing to do with calcuated number of guests for this summer is higher than first thougt..............

i know the whole interview process was the same as IP for CP.......but its good as gis others a opportunity..its just finding the money quick as well..

what are those 4 special pass ?? are they differen from the main gate pass ?
and i wonder if it worked for one entrie if for example my parents would go the animal kindom in the day and for supper go to epcot ? or would it count for 2 entries ?

I won't get a maingate pass at all!!! :'( it's the only thing HRC people don't get!!!

Maingate entries are hopper passes, so they will be able to park hop. You just have to be there to get them in the first time. When they go in, they'll get a ticket just like everyone else and they use that to go to all the other parks. TECHNICALLY, you are supposed to be with them at all times because if they get into trouble and you aren't there, then you can be termed. I heard once that if they are your immediate family, you don't have to be with them, but for anyone else you are supposed to be. I think you could trust your immediate family anyways!

It's great that you get one for each year...especially if you arrive in the summer (June, July, August) because then it splits it in half quite nicely!

Ellen, you will definitely be able to find someone to sign in your family and friends for you. It's very rare that overseas cm's use all of their entries. I used most of mine, but I always had friends or family down from Canada because it was so close.

do you know anything about those 4 special pass for christmas time?? i would love it if i could get my family to visit me in december... disney must be so beautifull at christmas i read somewhere that they even put fake snow on flowers at the canadian pavillon cant wait to see this hehe
