Im flying with United airlines and just found out I'm only allowed 10kg per suitcase!!!!!

I'm going for a year! Not a week... 10kg won't even carry my clothes.

I'm going to have to phone them and explain that I need more baggage allowance!

    ARGH!

me i'll take british airways, so i take one plane from paris charles de gaulles to Heathrow Airport, and I'll put new one in Gatwick Airport to Orlando Airport.

I can take two luggages : 32kg per luggage and a hand luggage.

I think France- Orlando with the changein gatwik approximatly : 9hours

Are you sure its only 10kg? Most international flights including United are 30kg per case and you are allowed 2 cases. Check on the UK united airlines website as this may give you a different allowance. 10kg is usually for internal US flights and as United is a US company it might be giving you this

    "International travel baggage information
Applies for travel purchased on or after September 7, 2005.
United Airlines will modify its free checked-bags policy for international travel, to reflect new weight limits of 50 lbs. (23 kg) each for up to two pieces. "

23's a bit nicer for you!

Disney didn't, no, but it wasn't really a problem. They didn't for anyone in our ICP group.

    hmmmmmm

i got disney to book my flight.. mostly because i will save some money and have them to take it out of my paycheck..

Tip for those over 25.. disney books tickets for those under 25 only, because of the youth age... 2 of those who are leaving same time as me had to book them self because of this
