I just got up and heard about it now, and even though it was a "minor" terrorist attack, there will still 160 people injured. I hope everyone is ok back there. And it was just out of the blue. I don't think you're fully safe anywhere, especially in the major cities, and I've just heard that Italy and Denmark may withdraw troops from iraq now as a precaution.

Anyone in London or travelling to London take care.

Its my day off work today and all programs on the t.v have changed its all news updates from London, they are comparing it to madrid last year. The last that has been said on the t.v there are approx 1000 now injured and at least 20 dead so far.
There are no transport links working at the mo so it doesn't look to good.

I am in shock as well.. I really cannot believe that those terrorist attacks are back again. What world are we all living in??? I hope everyone whos in London now is doing fine???!!! :-\
When do these "minor" wars finally come to an end. Has  this been introduced by Al Qaeda again???
Nowadays, it is not possible to live in a safe environment anymore, cos' attacks like the ones in London and NYC could happen anywhere, anytime, anyhow!!!
This kinda scares me though!!!!  but you know, this is why I always go by car and not take the subway  etc.... WE write the year 2005 and terrosrism is far away from being abandoned.

    OMG

It's from the Al-Qaeda Jihad on Europe group or something along those lines. They claimed responsibility on a website.

    It's just shocking, unbelievable really.

i'm just so angry! how does killing innocent people help them in their fight for whatever? all the people killed in nyc, istanbul, madrid or london! this is so sick!! while we are trying to stop poverty in the world they're killing people for nothing! what's wrong with this world? i don't get it!!
my thoughts are with the people in london and especially the victims and their families!

    i totally second that flavour!!!

hes an update for anyone that wants it....

3 bombs went off on the tubes and 1 on the bus. they can't say if the bus was a suicide bomb as of yet.

700 injuied - 350 were treated in hospital the rest at the scenes. about 20 are critical.

50 plus confirmed dead. 1 died in hospital

and they can't be sure if the group that claims responsibilty has actually carried out the attacks

I think a major problem is that we forgot that it was going to happen sooner or later, and the Olympic decision and the G8 summit was a great opportunity for these evil groups to pass up. Its disguisting, they just want to kill as many innocent people as possible and they think it gets their point across. The rest of us get our point across through things like live aid, and it is 100% more effective.

wejust have to show them that we have the most strenght and more determination then them, by carrying on with life as normal to show them they will never win!!!!!

common london has seen its fair share of evil!!!!! with the blitz during world war 2 so if they can get through that then these parfetic twats going round blowing places up have no hope of ever beating great britain..... or the rest of the civilised world!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Hey guys,

Just thought I'd let you know that, to my knowledge, no-one here at WDW was directly affected by the attacks. Morale has been generally low, but the park guests have been so nice...offering apologies and condolences to all of us. Everyone's still quite shocked...especially those of us who have family and friends who live/work in london who could have been involved! It's been a depressing time (and I can't tell you how stupid and annoying US news is!) but I think we're all ok!!

Love to everyone....I think it's important for us to share some at a time like this! :)
