Just when things look bad, fate steps in to see you through!

I never thought I'd be saying this again...but I'm goin to Disney World!! With a little bit of luck, and a fair amount of pixie dust, I've just been offered a place returning as an ICP lifeguard, June 25th to September 1st.

Those of you who have ever a post of mine will probably understand just how much I'm currently bouncing around my room. Just goes to show, dreams really can come true

Looks like I'll be joining you! Finally found a way back out to be with my boyfriend! Going to work in HRC (Historic Research Centre) in UK Merch for 18 months on a J-1 visa! Hopefully heading out next month or early July so for any UK merchies out there or going soon, I'll technically be working with you but not working for Disney if that makes sense!!! Won't be living at the Commons which I'm not too sad about as I had such a great time there first time round wouldn't want to repeat it just keep it as memories!

Bit nervous about going back to work in the UK Pavilion but I also get to work in the Magic Kingdom so excited about that! ;D

Laura, that's awsome! Def. see you out there (btw check out Globespan for flights from Glasgow. Sooooo rediculously cheap. I just booked a bargain. :-[ ;D).

Definitely see you out there Ona! You know where the UK Pavilion is! I'll have on that great costume again after 4 years! How weird will that be??

I thought about Fly Globespan but I was a bit concerned about their luggage allowance! I'll probably have way too much stuff as usual!!! I don't have a definite date yet so can't book yet. I have air miles with Continental but they'll probably be expensive!! I also thought with Globespan that immigration might get confused at Sanford with people with visas!!! They're just used to lots of British tourists passing through there!!! ???

Do you have your visa yet? I need to phone tomorrow to get an appointment for Belfast as it's supposed to be quicker than London and it'll be cheaper to get to! Still waiting on my forms but going to get an appointment first in anticipation.

Oh yeah, and need to find a place to live! That might be a priority!!!

Laura, globespan's luggage is kak. 20kg. But........ you can double it for like an extra £15 if you book it up front (i.e. before you go to the airport). I'm thinking that's gonna be my plan. ;D

I haven't got my visa yet. I'm waiting on Jason calling with the info. so I can book an appointment (my visa is sponsored by the uni. of central Michigan, not Disney, so I'm guessing that's why it's taking a wee bit longer :-\).

Ona, I might look into that for Globespan as they are pretty cheap! You can get 40kg allowance if you fly business but it costs around £450! Could fly BA or Continental for that!!!
