Hey Everyone.... I know we've been hearing about the Brits getting their packages from Yummy. I've been waiting patiently for Eric to send out our packages. (Okay, maybe not so patiently) Anyways, I emailed Eric and he said that we should receive them a month before we leave. Seems like it's cutting it a little close to me, but that's what he said. So, if anyone is checking their mail and expecting it, like me, we've got at least another month, if not more, to wait before we see anything. Maybe it will arrive earlier??? Here's to hoping.... Hey everyone, to get a head start on the packages photo copy all of your personal info..passport (even the pages with stamps already on it) birth certificate. Get medical insurance up to the first 4mnths, after 3 disney will cover you)and proof of the insurance. Flight reciepts. I dunno hope this helps a little. Cant wait to meet you guys.

Think us in the UK get ours earlier cause we have to make an appointment at the US Embassay before we can get our visa's to work and there can be quite a long wait for this, dunno could explain the difference! Jo xx
Heh, I was just about to say that too! We have to get criminal disclosure, passports, embassy appointments etc sorted, so it takes longer here then it does for you guys I think.

I know that Joss cheap got insurance here before she left and said definately not to go with the disney recommended on becasue it was way more expensive. I'll try and find out the name of it for you next time I talk to her. that sucks about the packages, it would be nice to be booking flights and finalizing everything. I got my insurance from RBC, it was a good plan with no deductible, lots of coverage. Not that I've had to use it.....whatever. I miss Canadian health care. The other stuff in your package is samples of some of the contracts you'll be signing, luggage tags, stickers for your pickup, things like that. I'm fairly certain that there's only one thing you need to fax into them before you leave. Which Canadians are merch? Megan - did your shifts get messed up from this morning? Christa

Thanks Everyone for the insurance info. Gives me some idea as to where I should be looking. Hi Jo and Chels... I have been looking at flights and fares, but didn't really consider buying my ticket cause I thought we were told not to do it until we had our visa, in case our arrival date changed. I know that I heard about the rising fares, as well. Although, that might be a good reason to hold off for a bit. If you take a great fare now, Disney will only give you that amount back next year... even if the fare has doubled. Holy crap guys... it's less than 3 months until we're there. Part of me wants June to to now and part of me wants June to wait a little while. Starting to get a little stressed out about money. I'm worried that I'm not gonna have as much saved as I wanted to. Stuff to buy, like new summer clothes, my plane ticket, my insurance... it's all adding up so quickly. After all is said and done.....it's still LESS THAN 3 MONTHS!!!! ttys, Sandra

hey joss, scared me a little bit having someone i don't know tell me they loved me, but i figured it out! thats so good you have all 3 days off! It's going to be a blast! i was worreid about you having to work the night of my throw in. Make sure you find out if i can move in a day early or not as well.
