    Hey guys,

I've just been finishing off my visa forms (my photo is horrific!). Anyway on the checklist of things to bring it mentions bringing any expired passports, especially ones which contain any US visas...I don't have mine any more ??? I didn't have any previous US visas on it but I did travel to the States several times on it before it expired.

Should I be worrying?! This is the first time anyone's mentioning needing an expired passport!!

I didn't hear anything about bringing expired passports.

But then, it might be different for the Dublin embassy...

    *shrugs* Wierd...

If you just went on holiday and yr British and any other nationality that's part of the Visa Waiver Program you won't have had a visa on it.

I'm just concerned because I've put down on the form that I've been to the States before but all the trips were on my old passport and I'm worried they might refuse my visa cos I don't have the passport stamps saying when I went ???

I know a few of us Canadians weren't 100% sure about the Visa's, but I got in touch with Cast-A-Way and they confirmed that Disney does take care of the Visa's for us so all we have to do is send in our passport copies and background check and then they'll send us the package a couple of weeks later. So yay!

copies of your passport??? won't they just use the ones from the interview? or do I have to send them more copies of it? I thought I just had to send in the crime report thing.

I'm not sure, it might just have been me since I didn't bring a passport to the interview. If they haven't asked for them again, then you probably don't need to, but you could contact them just to be safe. :)

I think you're good if you brought them to the interview. The crime thing is the only document they should need after that. Notice how on those things it's not that you're not a criminal, but just that they can't prove that you are. So if you are a criminal, you're a smart one.

i wouldn't worry to much about not being able to find ur expired passport all the us embassy want is you new one which MUST be valid for at least 6 months after you get home so if its not i suggest get a new one now.

with all the times you went to the states so long as you can put the dates u were in the country you should be ok. and for the other countrys you have visited in the last ten years just state the country and the year you went.

hope this answers all your questions
