ok now this is weird - i feel like ive lost a part of me lol, but seriuosly its weird to thiink they are all gone etc its gonna be so quiet on here without them especially sara and ellen - oh well looks like me and emma and charlotte etc are gonna have to take their place on that doesnt it? not long for us now guys jus think of that ;D

Yep, we need to either have the orginal or a certified copy. I've lost mine so I'm going to be calling my local births/marriage/deaths registrar from where I was born (Bromsgrove in my case) and order one when I get home at the end of June, It'll cost about £7 I think? something like that.

Of course if you're more organised than me you won't need to do that

do you know what we need the birth certificate for..???

 

To get a security social number
plus you need to have in a plurilingual version which means in your langage + others langages you have to ask where you were born
it's in the disney package

 

I already have a social security number, do you then think I need the certificate.??

 

If you have a card I think the package we got sent said just to bring your original ss card instead. I'd doubke check before you take my word for it though! If you have a birth certificate I'd take it as well, just in case.
