I was born on Feb, 1989.

And I heard the person who are under 21 has to live in wellness apartment.

Do I have to live in a wellness apartment?
And after that even I'm 21, can I live in a wellness apartment?

They're silly question for you guys, but I'm confusing!

  2. Under 21's have to live in a Wellness apartment but as soon as you are 21 you can request to move to a Non-Wellness apartment. However if you have made good friends in your apartment you might not even want to move out. I think you have to pay $70 to move as well.

Yup, there's a $70 fee to move, but it's really only necessary to move out of a wellness if you're wanting to bring alcohol into the apartment. In a wellness apartment do not even *try* to bring alcohol in. If your room gets inspected and so much as an empty can or bottle is found, everybody is terminated unless somebody fesses up. So if you want a little more freedom in that respect, definitely put a request in for a 21+ apartment once you're 21. If you get along fine with your roomies in the Wellness apartment, just keep anything alcohol-related outside the walls of the apartment.
