Hey guys. i have just sent my application off last friday and am really excited! i have 2 questions though about interviews because im really confused. 1) what happens in the phone interview, i only just found out you get one? like what do they ask? 2) In the F2F interview ive been told they ask you about Disney itself such as when did Disney open? does anyone know what questions they ask like that so i can revise or something please??? Hey there!! The phone interview is fine- they just ask you questions about yourself, work experience etc and what you would do in certain situations with customers and why you want to the program. And i thought the F2F day was really fun!! There is a presentation all about the program etc. and that's when they ask question about disney but it's not like a test or anything just a fun trivia game really with exciting prizes!!! oooooo aaaaaa!! Then in your interview they ask you about yourself again and just about the program etc They did ask me about disney stuff but only cause i said i'd been before so they wanted to know what my favourite rides were etc. So don't worry you don't have to study or anything just be natural and you'll be fine! BTW i'm doing the summer international college program so don't know if it'll be slightly different for the cultural reps but i can't imagine it'll be that different! Good Luck! Elaine xx
Basically in your phone interview they will ask you about your home town, why you want to work for Disney, things like that. Look back through the topics on the forum as there have been thread after thread about TI questions. If you get through to the face to face, there is a presentation that you all go to. In that you are asked trivia questions like what are the names of the Disney cruise lines, where are the 5 Disney resorts things like that. Thn in your interview proper.... well who knows? I don't think I heard of anyone being asked the same thing as any one else. Again, read back through the forums as there are loads of threads on trivia questions. Good luck!

Yeah i think although its a bit of a cliche is just be natural. Learn about where you live and what it has to offer and br proud of where you come from its such a competitive position that you are going for so there is a bt of work to be done to perform well at the interviews but enjoy the ride!!
yeah in my stupid face to face i had to sell her fish and chips .... so embarrising .... i wouldnt have hired me after that shabby performance !!! kerri xx
