hey everyone Had my telephone interview yesterday and got an email today saying i've got the interview in london in February!Obviously very nervous,etc :-\ just wondering if anyone has anytips,etc or could tell me what actually goes on when you get to London!or if anyone else has got an interview then? cheers Holly Â
Congratulations on getting through to the London Interviews Holly. ;D I'm also going to be there and theres also quite a lot of others going as well. Come and talk to on the Applicants Discussion board! I think what happens on the day is that a talk is given about the different jobs and working at Disney and then later on you have a one to one interview which is similar to your phone interview only that it is face to face. Hi Holly!!! Firstly, welcome to the boards and congratulations on getting to the face-to-face interviews in February!!! Like Izzy and Charlotte said theres quite a few of you going from these boards!!! I had my face-to-face in November and had a really good trime. Obciously I was soooooooo nervous but the day was amazing!!! You have to get to the Disney offices in hammersmith by 8.30am for the presentation which start at about 9. The presentation is fantastic and will make you want the job even more than you do now!!!! ;D This lasts until about 11am when Jason - or someone from Yummy jobs - will read out a list of interview times. The interviews ran from 11.15 - 6-15 so be prepared for a bit of a wait!!! If you live near London then its likely youll be later in the day - the further away you live from the interview location the earlier your interview is likely to be. In November we had two recruiters from Disney - Julie and Dru - and I was interviewed by Julie who was soooooo nice. The interview is pretty informal - more like a chat. It lasts about 15-20 mins and you could end up talking about anything while youre in there!! Just remember to be yourself and SMILE!!!! Youll be fine!!! If you look on the applicants discussion board theres a thread with all the people interviewing on tuesday - think theres quite a lot of you so you should be fine and def not on your own!! have a great day and good luck, Michelle xx
