Hey! Just wondering, are there any interviews on before the 9th of November, or will I and any others that day be the first to run the large, white cartoonish-gloved gauntlet? Also, anyone else have an interview on November 9th in Birmingham? *sigh* Just 7 days to go! :-\ KC
Cork, Ireland. Flying over at 6:45, arriving in around 8:10, I think. (That's the only flight that'd get me there in time...) Flying to Dublin on the 18:50 flight and a flight home to Cork at some time around 10. You lot have it so easy with your train journeys! KC
FINALLY, someone else arriving at a non-day-before time!!! I thought it was only me! And yeah, I'm terrified I'll get lost/miss my interview/miss the presentation too. But I'm sure I'll be fine... *gulp* I hope. KC
I'm just gonna wear the standard shirt and tie. Won't be wearing a suit jacket over it though, cos they make me look very "I'm wearing Daddy's suit!" so that's not a road I want to go down... As for when we find out, I seem to recall reading that it's about 2 or 3 weeks afterwards. Could be an early Christmas present!!! *gulp* 2 days! Not long now... KC
If you mean a CV, then yeah, we're supposed to take a copy with us. On my CV, I have a listing of things that I've achieved (awards, certificates etc.), exam results for my leaving cert (think Irish A levels) etc. But I thought that was standard practice for CV writing :-\ KC
Me neither. Part of me cant wait. Part of me is terrified something will go wrong-either on the way, while I'm there or in the interview, or getting home. Eek! Oh well! Calming thoughts and deep breaths! KC
Hey Marie I'm going to the ICP interview in Aberdeen and i'm thinking about taking my Record of Achivement. It can be something extra that i can refer to and let them look at, though mines not as full as some other peoples. Think it must be something individual schools do (i'm in scotland) rather than a nation wide thing. Wish mine was a little bit better - it has my attendence printout from my second year but no others..hm wonder if i went into the school if they'd give me one for all the years i was there. Good luck for the 9th guys! Mhairi
