Interview At Robert Gordon uni

hey who all has an interview in Aberdeen?

 

I have aswell, yey!!!

But why do we have to be there at 8:30? I can't even get a train to Aberdeen for that time in the morning, has to be a night before jobby.

 

i dont know any dets i had my telephone interview today and she just said so ur thru to theinterview at robert gordon.. its the 13th right? i like near glasgow so it will be the same for me! know any cheap travel loadges?

 

Going to the aberdeen ones too guys! cant wait but 8.30!!! Am in glasgow too but i booked a hotel for the monday! First train from ggow gets u in at 8.39am! its cutting it too fine :-\ I dinno what to wear! Really smart you think?

 

Yep, its on the 13th.

Last year, I had my interview in London and most people where wearing suits. I'll just be wearing shirt and tie, me thinks. You want to make good first impressions

 

There are interviews in Scotland?! Gutted... I was told I'd only get a choice of Liverpool, Birmingham or London. I dont think I'll be able to afford to get to anywhere. Im in Edinburgh right now.

just email them to see if you can change your interview location. if they can then they will.

I have my interview on the 13th also, did any one else find it hard to find a hotel for the night? i am coming from Newcastle so i have to stay the night. is there some event on in Scotland this weekend as every where is fully booked

 

Aberdeen is always really busy during the week due to all the people in the city with the oil industry!

I called Yummy and they said to send in my CV and they'd schedule an interview.
I was planning to jus turn up to the presentation cause its being advertised at uni....
Weird...
I think i really wanna go back, but i dunno if i can afford to do it again!

 

How does everyone think they got on?
I think mine went ok, although for some reason i dont think it went as well as my interview for the 07 summer program.
I dunno - i guess i just gotta wait and see.

 

Hmm, could have been a bit better I think! There were three of us in our interview which didn't really help much either. Was still soo much fun though! Just a wee bit of a nervous two weeks coming up...x

 

Simon - your a funny one. you know that it went well so don't worry. i think that mine went well but i don't want to jinx my self so i will shut up on that note, i believe that we all done well so less stress and forget about it and hopefully the email will hopefully brighten up every ones day. good luck Sean

 

I dunno what to think of it , i think it went ok but i soo dont want to jinx it either.... it was my first time so i dont really know what they are looking for. Suppose we all just need to wait... i cant stop checkin my emails just in case lol

i got my email today from yummy jobs saying that i got in, i am doing 6 months attractions then 6 months merch
it was unexpected to get it today so well happy.

 

wow, congratulations! Just checked my emails which I hadn't done in a while and panicked as there was 1 new... nah, nothing exciting though. take it no one has heard about the summer ICP yet, though? x

 

I still havent heard either.
Im starting to worry.
I know last time we didnt all hear at the same time. But i think we nearly all found out on the same day. Maybe Im just worrying for nothing. I hope!
